You must create an account to access courses. You are responsible for maintaining your password confidentiality and for all activity under your account.
All purchases, including one-time course fees and subscription plans, are processed through secure third-party payment providers including Paddle, Stripe, and manual payment gateways. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, access to paid content continues until the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails, access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Digital products, including course materials, templates, and downloads, are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital products is strictly prohibited.
Instructors retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting content, instructors grant the platform a license to host, distribute, and display it for educational purposes. Instructors warrant that their content does not infringe third-party rights.
All platform content, trademarks, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Copying, modifying, or distributing platform materials without written permission is prohibited.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, impersonation, uploading malicious content, violating others' rights, and attempting to breach platform security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the platform or other users. Termination may result in loss of access to purchased content.
The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Egyptian courts.
